No inter-terminal connections are required at Burlington. The airport’s single concourse keeps all gates within a few minutes’ walk after security. If you’re connecting flights, follow the “Gates A–8” signage to stay airside and avoid re-screening.
All airlines use the same terminal at BTV. American, Delta, JetBlue, and United check in along the central hall, while Porter and Sun Country share nearby counters for regional and seasonal routes. Gate assignments are posted after security, so verify your gate number on departure screens.
Short-Term parking sits in the garage directly across from Departures Level 2—ideal for quick trips or drop-offs. Long-Term and Economy lots extend along Airport Drive and are linked by a free shuttle service. Look for “Garage” or “Economy Lot” signs; pedestrian walkways connect both options to Arrivals Level 1.
From ticketing to gate, plan on about 3–7 minutes. The concourse is compact and linear, so even the farthest gates are easy to reach. For arrivals, baggage claim is one level down by elevator or escalator; meeting points are clearly marked beside the exit doors.
Dining options cluster in the post-security area, offering local favorites, Vermont coffee, and craft brews. Pre-security, a café near check-in serves early passengers and greeters. While BTV doesn’t have large airline lounges, quiet seating areas near Gates 5 and 7 offer workspace and charging outlets.
There’s no train at the terminal. Taxis, rideshares, and hotel shuttles line up outside the Arrivals doors on the lower level. Green Mountain Transit buses stop along Airport Drive, providing easy links to downtown Burlington and South Burlington hotels—opt for the bus for value, or taxi for direct downtown access.
