Quito Airport (UIO) has a single modern terminal, which keeps things straightforward for both domestic and international travelers because check-in and arrivals share one compact building linked by elevators and escalators.

Quito Airport Terminal Level 1 Map 2025

Quito Airport Terminal Level 1 added a new 3,500 m² international arrivals area in 2025, increasing processing capacity for arriving passengers. The terminal also installed 20 new airline check-in counters in the international departures zone.

Additional 2025 upgrades expanded waiting areas, enlarged the baggage claim hall, and improved security and immigration processes, along with new dining and shopping options. Preventive runway and taxiway asphalt replacement completed prior to 2025 supported these operational changes.

Quito Airport Terminal Level 2 Map 2025

Quito Airport Terminal Level 2 expanded the public departure hall in 2025 with 20 new check-in counters and 12 self-check-in machines. A new pre-boarding lounge with capacity for 350 passengers opened as part of the same works.

Additional changes included new food and beverage spaces and an expanded international departure duty-free area. These Level 2 upgrades contributed to increasing the airport’s annual passenger processing capacity from five million to seven million.

Quito Airport Terminal Ground Floor Map 2024

The Quito Airport Terminal Ground Floor is the arrival level. It contains baggage claim areas, customs facilities, and transportation services.

Passengers can find car rental counters, taxi stands, and airport shuttle services on this level.

Quito Airport Terminal Level 1 Map 2024

Quito Airport Terminal Level 1 is the departure level. It houses check-in counters, security checkpoints, and airline ticketing offices.

Passengers can access shops, restaurants, and waiting areas before proceeding to their gates on this level.

Quito Airport Terminal Level 2 Map 2024

Quito Airport Terminal Level 2 is the mezzanine level. It features additional dining options, lounges, and viewing areas overlooking the main terminal.

This level may also contain airport administration offices and other passenger services.
